Oh my God! A wolf with the mustache!

Oggi è una giornata un po’ piena: domani parto per le vacanze! Questo significa che in casa domina il delirio più totale: chi cerca di chiudere valige troppo piene, chi carica tutti i vari dispositivi elettronici che possiede, borse che rischiano di sfondarsi o esplodere. Insomma avete capito, no?

Dunque per l’outfit di oggi non sono andata troppo lontana: qualche scatto in giardino con un ospite a sorpresa. Se mi seguite su Instagram (@giuliamazzoleni_) lo avrete sicuramente già conosciuto. Si tratta di Ike il mio lupo cecoslovacco. Così ho approfittato della sua intrusione per qualche divertente scatto insieme a lui, che (diciamocelo) è decisamente meglio di un modello di Abercrombie & Fitch.

Adesso scappo a mettere in valigia tutto quello che resta (troppe troppe cose)

It’s a day very busy: Tomorrow I’m leaving for holidays! It means that at home there is a total delirium: who tries to get the - too full- suitcase closed,  who gets in charge all the electrical devices,  bags that are likely to break or explode. So you understand, don’t you?

For the outfit of the day I don’t go too far: some shoots in the garden with an unexpected guest. If you follow me on Instagram (@giuliamazzoleni_) you have already met him. I’m talking about Ike, my  Czechoslovak Wolf . So I have taken advantage from his incursion, I have taken some photos with him, that is much better than Abercrombie & Fitch’s models.

Now I go to put in my suitcase all that I forgot (too many things).

Con profondo dolore scrivo questo post. Post che non avrei mai voluto scrivere.
Oggi Margherita Hack ci ha lasciati. Lasciati per sempre.
Inutile dirlo, per me era un mito. Un mito che continuerà a vivere nel mio cuore. Per sempre.

La signora delle stelle mi ha insegnato molto. In primis ad amare la scienza.
Comprendere il funzionamento della natura significa garantirci un futuro. Un futuro fatto di certezze. Un futuro fatto di stabilità. Dedicarsi alla scienza significa dedicarsi all'umanità. Dedicarsi all'umanità significa amare sopra ogni cosa. Per il tuo grande amore per l'uomo ti voglio ricordare. Grazie Margherita. Ora so che niente è impossibile.

Margherita has left us today. Left us forever. 
Needless to say, she was a myth for me. A mith that will live in my heart. Forever. 
A lady of stars has taught me a lot. First of all to love science. 
Understand how the nature work means to guarantee us a future. A future of certainty. A future of stability.

New In! - Acquisti per le vacanze!

Tra pochi giorni partirò per le vacanze estive: quest’anno andrò a Forte dei Marmi, Toscana.  Non vedo l’ora! Per me è la prima volta che non vado in un villaggio turistico in vacanza. Solitamente andavamo in vacanza con i Villaggi Bravo, praticamente li abbiamo girati tutti. Quest’anno vista la crisi e per un’altra serie di motivi, abbiamo optato per restare in Italia. Sarà un esperienza nuova. Quindi dovrò essere assolutamente preparata anche perché starò via 1 mese. La cosa difficile sarà come sempre la valigia: troppe cose da portare via, ma poco spazio. Insomma fosse per me traslocherei direttamente il mio armadio. Purtroppo non è possibile quindi dovrò scegliere abiti versatili che sono “riutilizzabili” in più occasioni. Come sempre un po’ di shopping pre vacanza è d’obbligo. Quindi, dopo avervi mostrato il mio Outfit per lo shopping (quello con il cappello), ecco voi i miei acquisti. Risparmiare è la parola chiave. Ho acquistato un palette di ombretti da Kiko, con tonalità molto accese ed estive, così solo con questa e l’immancabile eyeline/matita il makeup occhi è sistemato. Ho poi acquistato da Talli Weilj un vestito lungo: busto in denim dal quale partono parecchi veli bianchi che arrivano a metà polpaccio. Sono fluenti, danno vita al vestito, creando increspature simili alla schiuma del mare. Inoltre abbinato con diversi accessori può essere utilizzato sia per una serata in discoteca che per un aperitivo in spiaggia. Altro acquisto di Tally Weilj sono gli shorts di jeans e crochet, un connubio elegante e totally fashion, con essi una canottiera fatta unicamente di crochet:ideale per la spiaggia! Ultimo il vestito bianco, che ricorda un po’ il mondo delle favole, di Pimkie.  Altro acquisto sono i braccialetti Too Late azzurro e arancione, assolutamente di tendenza quest’estate.

In a few days I will leave for holidays: this year I will go to Forte dei Marmi (Tuscany). It is the first time that I don’t go on holiday in a resort. We used to go on holidays with Villaggi Bravo. This year, because of the crisis and for other reasons, we have decided to stay in Italy. It will be a new experience. The big problem is that we will stay away for a month, so I have a lot of things to take with me. Doing the suitcase will be a problem: too many things in too little space. Maybe I should move all my wardrobe, it would take less time. But this way isn’t possible, so I have to choose dress that I can re-use in different ways. As usual shopping before going on holiday is a must. You have seen how I went to do shopping (the outfit with the hat, do you remember? Here), now I will show you what I bought. "Saving money" is the key word.  I bought a eyes shadow palette at KIKO, with very colorful shadows, so with that and the eyeliner/ eye pencil, the make up for the eyes is done. Then I bought a long dress made of denim and white veils, arriving mid-calf. They are flowing, they give life to the dress, creating ripples similar to the foam of the sea. You can use different accessories with this dress for different occasions: a night at the disco or a cocktail with some friends.  I also bought a pair of shorts made of denim and crochet, the result is elegant and totally fashion, with that I bought a singlet made only of crochet: perfect for the seaside! Last is a white dress, that reminds the fairytale world. Another new in is the Too Late bracelet, in blue and orange colors, it’s another must of this Summer.

Oggi siamo (notare il plurale) insieme. Non accadrà più per un po' perché Giulia partirà per il mare lunedì e starà via per tutto il mese. Forse andrò a trovarla.
Ci siamo trovati a Novara, di cui potete vedere degli scorci nelle foto.
Nonostante qualche nuvola, è stata una giornata all'insegna del divertimento e dello shopping.
Inoltre abbiamo curiosato negli Street Games: sono un ottimo modo per attirare turismo in città. Sparsi nella varie piazzette e strade si trovano diverse aree dedicate ai vari sport. Davanti al Teatro Coccia per esempio ci sono in campi da Beach Volley e Beach Tennis, mentre davanti al comune c'è un palchetto con gli stend della Heineken.
Insomma, una re-union piacevole prima delle nostre partenze per le vacanze.

PS: ricordatevi di pagare il parccheggio, non come Giulia che si è dimenticata ed ha preso una multa (foto sotto)

Hello guys!

Today we are together. It won't happen again for some days because Giulia is leaving for the seaside on Monday and she will be there for a month. Maybe I will visit her.

We have met in Novara, you can see this city in the background of the photos.

Although some clouds, it has been a nice day and we have gone shopping.

We watched the Street Games: it’s an excellent way to attract tourists in the city.

In the squares and in the streets there are some areas where you can do different sports. 

In front of the Coccia Theatre, for example, there are beach volley fields and beach tennis fields, instead in front of the Town Hall there is a small stage with Heineken stands.A pleasant re-union before going on holiday.   

    

BEEP BEEP (A HA) : DIANA DEL BUFALO

 

 Da oggi in rotazione radiofonica  "BEEP BEEP (A Ha)", il primo singolo della cantante, attrice e presentatrice Diana Del Bufalo. Il brano anticiperà l’album d’esordio,  il quale uscirà in autunno. Il singolo è disponibile in tutti gli store digitali in digital download.

Il brano vanta collaborazioni internazionali. Insieme alla cantante romana, infatti, hanno collaborato Francesco Arpino (compositore italiano) e Phil Spalding ( celebre bassista che ha suonato con musicisti del calibro di Mick Jagger, Elton John e Randy Crawford).

L’arrangiamento è stato affidato agli studi Rock me Amdeus di Roma. Per quanto riguarda il mixaggio, ha Steven Forward contribuito (ingegnere del suono di artisti come Depeche Mode, Brian Eno, Paul MC Cartney e molti altri).

Focus: Diana Del Bufalo è una cantante, attrice e conduttrice televisiva e radiofonica italiana. Ha partecipato alla 10 edizione di Amici di Maria De Filippi. Tra i programmi che ha condotto ricordiamo:  “Mai dire Amici” (insieme alla Gialappa’s), “Hit Charts “ (programma radiofonico trasmesso da Radio luiss), “Pianeta mare” (con Tessa Gelisio),  “aspettando amici”. Ha ottenuto un ruolo di primo piano nel film “natale a Parigi” e nella web series “Youtubers”. Ora è impegnata nella musica con il suo album di debutto, il quale uscirà in autunno.

È stato subito amore a prima vista. Tra me e il cappello. Ho sempre avuto la passione per i cappelli. Personalmente ritengo che siano degli accessori eccentrici ed eleganti, che oltre al look fanno risaltare la persona in quanto tale. Certo può essere una scelta azzardata, ma assolutamente di classe. Ho acquistato questo cappello da Pimkie, che offre notevoli varianti di questo Borsalino; io ho optato per la più classica black&white . Ho abbinato a questo un outfit comodo e pratico, per un intensa giornata di shopping prima di partire per il mare. Immancabili shorts color pesca e una maglia larga color crema acquistata da H&M. La borsa di Tosca Blu è una delle mie preferite durante il periodo estivo: in vera pelle, grande ma non ingombrante, si adatta ad ogni tipo di occasione.

It was love at first seen. Between me and this hat. I have always had a passion for hats. In my opinion hat is the most eccentric and elegant accessory, which brings out the look but also the person itself. Of course it could be a risky choice, but absolutely of class.

I bought this hat at Pimkie’s store, which offers a lot of different types of this Borsalino; I chose the classic black&white version. I used this hat for a comfortable and practical Outfit, it is ideal for an intense shopping day, before going on holiday at the seaside next week. A pair of orange shorts and a large t-shirt, bought at H&M, were inevitable.               This Tosca Blu bag is my favorite in  summer: made of genuine leather, big but not bulky, it is perfect for every occasion.

We miss you Michael!

Per chi come me ama la musica nella sua interezza, oggi è un giorno davvero triste. E’ l’anniversario della scomparsa del re del pop Michael Jackson. Quando penso a Michael, mi viene in mente un aneddoto molto particolare. Aneddoto che vorrei condividere con voi:

Ero con mia madre. Grandissima fan di Freddie Mercury. E niente, alla tv trasmettevano un documentario sui Queen. Dal grande debutto, alla tragica scomparsa del loro leader. Mi misi a guardarlo con lei. Ad un certo punto trasmisero uno spezzone davvero esilarante. L’intervistatrice chiese a Freddie con quale grande artista avrebbe voluto collaborare.

 “Michael Jackson” rispose lui. “ci provammo anche, ma ho scelto di interrompere la collaborazione per colpa del suo lama”. Avete capito bene, lama. Michael, infatti, aveva la bizzarra abitudine di portare con sé il suo lama in studio di registrazione. Mi sembrava carino ricordarlo cosi. Grande.

For the ones who love like me music in its entireness, today is really a very sad day. It’s the anniversary of the death of the king of pop Michael Jackson. When I think about Michael, it reminds me a very particular event. An event I would like to share with you: 

I was with my mother. A very big fan of Freddie Mercury. A documentary about the Queen was on tv. From the great debut, to the tragic death of their leader. I started to watch it with her. At a certain point, they showed a very hilarious clip. The Journalist asked Freddie which great artist he'd have wanted to collaborate with. "Michael Jackson" he answered. "we tried too, but I chose to interrupt the collaboration due to his lama". You understood, llama. Michael, in fact, had the bizarre habit of bringing his llama in the recording studio. It seemed nice to me remember him like this. Great.
